If you want to visit Cairo in one day without the costly flight or train from Sharm El Sheikh, there is a more economical way to do it. This day trip by bus starts early, but it means you won't miss Egypt's famous attractions in and around Cairo. In a friendly group of up to 15 people, you will visit the Egyptian Museum, the Great Sphinx and even the Pyramids of Giza on foot, on horseback or on a camel.

Stop: Museum of Egyptian Antiquities.

Visit the famous Egyptian Museum with its countless historical exhibits.

Duration: 2 hours

Stop: Nile River. Enjoy a boat ride on the Nile for an additional fee or stroll along the banks of the Nile for free.

Duration: 30 minutes

Stop: Pyramids of Giza. Admiring the last existing wonder of the world is an incredible experience! In total you will find three pyramids here: the pyramids of Khafre, Cheops and Mikerin. You can explore the area on foot, on horseback or on camel. After visiting the Pyramids of Giza, you'll head to the Great Sphinx, by far the largest and best preserved sphinx. It consists of a human head on the body of a lion. The Sphinx was carved from the remains of a limestone mound that served as a quarry for the Great Pyramid of Cheops.
